一、購買課程不代表取得著作權

會員購買本課程所取得者，僅為依購買契約約定之個人學習及觀看使用權。

課程費用之支付，不代表課程內容之著作權、所有權或其他智慧財產權移轉予會員。

會員不得因已購買課程，而主張得自由複製、公開、散布或另作其他超出個人學習範圍之使用。

二、個人學習使用

亦不得以斷章取義、重新編排、拼接或其他足以造成誤解、扭曲原意，或使第三人對原課程內容產生錯誤認知之方式使用或傳播課程內容。

前述規定不影響使用者依法得合法行使之引用或其他權利。

五、料理配方、方法與課程內容之區別

本聲明所保護者，係本網站及課程中依法受智慧財產權保護之具體文字表達、影音製作、照片、圖片、圖表、教材編排及其他創作內容。

一般料理觀念、食材知識、發酵原理、製作方法、操作技術或其他依法不屬著作權專有保護範圍之事項，仍依相關法律規定認定。

但任何人不得以重新製作、改寫或其他方式，實質重製本課程依法受保護之具體內容，並以此規避相關智慧財產權規定。

六、第三方內容及品牌

Course content must not be used out of context, selectively edited, rearranged, or combined in a manner that could misrepresent its original meaning or cause others to misunderstand the original course content.

Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict any quotation, fair use, or other use permitted under applicable law.

Recipes, Techniques, and Protected Course Content
