退費金額以會員購買課程時實際支付之成交金額為計算基準。

退費期間自會員收到課程開通通知之次日起計算：

• 第1日至第7日（含）：退費100%

• 第8日至第14日（含）：退費30%

• 第15日起：本服務授權使用費全額不予退還

退費期間不因會員是否實際登入、觀看進度、觀看次數或課程採分批上架而停止、延後或重新起算。

如因可歸責於本商號之事由致課程未依約提供，或依法另有退費、解除或終止契約之權利者，依相關法令及契約約定辦理。

Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the member at the time of purchase, after any applicable discounts or promotions.

The refund period begins on the day following the member's receipt of the course access notification:

• Days 1–7 (inclusive): 100% refund

• Days 8–14 (inclusive): 30% refund

• From Day 15 onward: the service license fee is non-refundable

The refund period will not be suspended, extended, delayed, or restarted based on whether the member has logged in, started viewing the course, the member's viewing progress or frequency, or whether the course content is released in stages.

If the course is not provided as agreed due to circumstances attributable to the course provider, or if the member is otherwise entitled to cancel or terminate the agreement or receive a refund under applicable law, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant contractual terms.
