Since founding Restaurant La 5ème Saveur in France in 2017, Cheffe Michelle Chang has developed 40+ specialized fermentation curricula.

Moving forward, her mission evolves toward Personalized Nutritional Guidance and Advanced Professional Coaching to restore gut harmony and holistic well-being.
